Ben Hedberg utilizes an intergrative approach for treatment with a foundation of Cognitive-Behavioral and Family Systems Therapy to individual, family, and group counseling. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy is evidence-based, which means that is supported by research that proves it is effective in helping people make emotional and behavioral changes. Treatment goals are established during the first session and reviewed throughout the counseling process to help you get the results that you want.
